Sheng Chi Kung Fu of Valley Springs would like to congratulate Stephanie Fields on her outstanding achievement September 14, 2007, when she tested for and passed her Black Belt examination.
Stephanie has been studying Shou Shu Kung Fu for over Eleven years, starting from the age of seven, and has always been an outstanding student. Always exciting to have on the mat, her bright and cheerful personality, combined with her dedicated work ethic, makes working with her a pleasure.
Stephanie's instructors are all very proud of her, and see in her the very best they have to offer as teachers. It is the goal of every martial arts instructor to make their students better than they were, making sure the art of Shou Shu Kung Fu is preserved at it's best by the quality and skill of it's students and teachers. In Stephanie, her instructors feel they have accomplished exactly that.
In carrying on the martial arts philosophy, Stephanie is not only an outstanding martial artist, but also a dedicated student. Through hard work and dedication to her studies, she graduated Valedictorian from Calaveras High School this year, and gave the valedictorian speech to her graduating class. She will be leaving us next week to attend college at UC Santa Cruz, and will be pursuing a degree in marine biology.
If there is one thing we know about Stephanie, it's that not only is she a bright and gifted student, she is dedicated to reaching her goals. And we have every confidence that no matter where she goes in this life, she will bring the very best she has to offer to all who are fortunate enough to meet her.
