Whether your goal is fairly short term (shaping up to fit in that summer swimsuit, learning basic self defense), or more long term (studying Kung Fu to learn the discipline of a true martial art), Sheng Chi has a program that will meet your needs.

We offer Shou' Shu Kung Fu classes for Adults and Children, and also offer T'ai Chi, Yoga, and Cardio Kickboxing classes in our studio.

In addition, we offer BreakPal software that helps desk jockeys keep in shape and keep energized.
